Competition terms and conditions:
1. This competition is open to residents over the age of 18 years in the Republic of South Africa, except the employees of Actor Pharma (Pty) Ltd and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
2. The competition will run from 1 March to 31 May 2022.
3. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules
4. All entrants who participate in the competition will go into a prize draw and stand a chance to win one of 100 JBL Go 3 Bluetooth Speaker, to the value of R1,000.00. Entrants who have completed the competition questionnaire correctly will be entered into the draw. Valid entries drawn will win the prize subject to these Terms and Conditions. The winner will be notified via phone by Actor Pharma, within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw.
5. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
6. Valid entries must include the full contact details. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Actor Pharma collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for the purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein.
8. Eligible entrants consent to Actor Pharma using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration.
