DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ is colourant, preservative and fragrance-free.

WHAT “NEW” DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ IS USED FOR:

DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ contains dexpanthenol (D-panthenol), the precursor of vitamin B5. Vitamin B5 has moisturising properties and when used in skin preparations it acts as a humectant (a substance that absorbs or helps retain moisture), emollient (a substance that softens or soothes the skin) and a moisturiser (a substance that makes the external layers of the skin softer and more pliable), by increasing its hydration (water content).

DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ can be used for the management and prevention of nappy rash in both babies and adults.

Nappy rash is the term applied to skin rashes in the nappy area. The rash can be red and painful.

Nappy rash can be caused by:
• The skin being exposed to prolonged wetness
• Changes to the skin's acidity by urine or faeces
In infants, the protective, waterproof layer of the skin is much thinner than in adults, making this condition quite common in infants.

DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ can be used by nursing mothers to relieve sore nipples during breastfeeding.

DEXOLÉ BÉBÉ can be used for the management and prevention of chafing experienced by sports people.
